MONTHLY STATEMENT

QUESTIONS
When is it paid?
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the order. Statements close on the 1st of each month and include everything payable by then. We settle each statement by a credit note (self-billing) in your portal and by e-mail; you never send an invoice. We pay within 30 days of the credit note by bank transfer. Statements below EUR 100 roll into the next month. Your first payout unlocks after your 2nd customer: orders from two different buyers past the 30-day hold; two orders from the same company count as one. If you end the partnership before that, the open commission lapses.
What about refunds?
A refund within the 30-day hold cancels the commission. A later refund is offset against your next statement. Digital products carry a withdrawal waiver that the buyer accepts at checkout, so refunds are rare.
Can I use my own code?
No. Orders placed with your own e-mail address are not credited, and buying for your own company with your code ends the partnership.
Do I see who bought?
No. The portal shows order numbers, seats and amounts. Buyer names and e-mails are never shown to partners.
