Partner Program Terms · v1.0

Dream Machine Systems FlexCo, Austria ("Dream Machine") operates a partner program for The Deployment Masterclass ("the Product"). These terms govern participation.

1. Participation

1.1 Anyone of legal age may apply through the application form. Dream Machine may ask the applicant to confirm the e-mail address through a link before the application is considered; an application that is not confirmed is deleted. Dream Machine decides on applications at its discretion and without giving reasons, and informs the applicant by e-mail.

1.2 On approval the partner receives a personal discount code and access to the partner portal. The code is bound to the partner and may not be transferred.

1.3 Businesses and private individuals may participate. Private individuals are responsible for declaring commission income in their country of residence.

1.4 The partner keeps the billing details in the portal complete and current: name or company, billing address, country, VAT status and, where applicable, VAT ID, and the bank account for payouts. A change of VAT status is entered before the next statement closes.

2. Commission

2.1 The partner earns a commission on the net order value of every order of the Product placed on Dream Machine's shop with the partner's code while the partner's status is ACTIVE. The rate is 20 % and rises with the partner's cumulative net order value (all commissionable orders since approval, refunds deducted): 25 % from EUR 2 500, 30 % from EUR 5 000, 35 % from EUR 8 000, 40 % from EUR 12 000. The order that reaches a threshold is already paid at the new rate. Dream Machine may agree a fixed rate with a partner in writing; a fixed rate replaces the steps.

2.2 Net order value means the order subtotal after the buyer discount granted by the code, before VAT, shipping and payment fees.

2.3 Buyers using the code receive a 10 % discount on the Product. Dream Machine may change the discount or the commission rate for future orders with 30 days' notice in the portal; orders already placed are not affected.

2.4 Orders placed with the partner's own e-mail address, or by a company the partner owns or works for, are not commissionable.

2.5 Attribution follows the discount code on the order. The share link and the trial link only pre-fill the partner's code; no tracking cookie is used. If the buyer enters a different code at checkout, the order belongs to that code. An order without a code is not commissionable.

3. Hold period, review, refunds, chargebacks

3.1 A commission becomes payable 30 days after the order is paid.

3.2 If the order is refunded in full or in part within that period, the commission is cancelled or reduced accordingly. A refund after the period is offset against the partner's next statements.

3.3 Dream Machine may hold a commission for review, in particular for large orders, orders flagged by the payment provider, orders that show signs of self-referral, and an unusual number of orders in a short time. A held commission is not payable and does not count toward the rate steps until it is released. Dream Machine releases or voids it; a voided commission is not paid. The portal shows such a commission as "under review" or "void".

3.4 If a buyer disputes a payment (chargeback), the commission is reversed while the dispute is open and booked back if Dream Machine wins it. A reversal after payout is offset like a late refund (3.2).

3.5 Offsets reduce later statements. If a negative balance of EUR 50 or more remains open for 90 days, Dream Machine may invoice the partner for it.

4. Statements, credit notes, payment

4.1 On the first day of each month Dream Machine closes a statement listing all commissions that became payable in the previous month. The statement is available in the portal.

4.2 Statements below EUR 100 are not closed and carry over to the next month.

4.2a The first payout requires commissionable orders from at least two different buyers whose hold period (3.1) has passed and that were not refunded or charged back in full. Orders from the same company or business e-mail domain count as one buyer. Until then statements carry over as in 4.2. If the partnership ends before this condition is met, the unpaid commissions lapse. This clause does not apply to partners approved before version 0.10.

4.3 The partner agrees that Dream Machine settles every closed statement by a credit note (self-billing, "Gutschrift" under § 11 (8) of the Austrian VAT Act) instead of the partner issuing an invoice. The credit note is based on the billing details in the portal (1.4), is available in the portal and is sent by e-mail. The partner checks it and reports any error within 14 days; the partner may object to a credit note, which Dream Machine then corrects or cancels. The partner does not issue its own invoice for a statement covered by a credit note.

4.4 VAT on credit notes: for partners established in Austria and liable to VAT, the credit note carries Austrian VAT; for Austrian small businesses exempt from VAT it carries no VAT and states the exemption; for business partners in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID it is issued under the reverse-charge rule; for partners outside the EU it carries no Austrian VAT; for private individuals it is a payout statement without VAT, and they handle their own tax obligations. The partner is responsible for the VAT status entered in the portal.

4.5 Dream Machine pays the credit-note total in EUR by bank transfer within 30 days of the credit note. Within the SEPA area the transfer is free of charge for the partner; outside it, bank fees and currency conversion are borne by the partner and deducted from the payout. Without complete billing and bank details (1.4) the statement carries over.

5. Conduct

5.1 Permitted: sharing the code and share link in the partner's own channels, such as conversations, e-mails, newsletters, social media posts, talks and printed material from the partner kit.

5.2 Not permitted: publishing the code on coupon or deal sites; paid search advertising on the terms "Dream Machine", "Deployment Masterclass" or close variants; using the code for own or affiliated purchases; unsolicited bulk e-mail; statements about the Product that go beyond the partner kit and dreammachine.systems, in particular any medical, therapeutic or guaranteed outcome.

5.3 The partner discloses the commercial relationship clearly wherever the code or a link is shared (for example "affiliate link" or "#ad"), in line with the advertising and consumer-protection rules that apply to the partner.

5.4 Materials in the partner kit may be used unchanged or with the partner's own name, code and link added. The Dream Machine name and signet may not be altered. Dream Machine keeps all rights to the materials, the name and the signet. The right to use them ends with the partnership; the partner removes published materials within 14 days of the end.

6. Portal and data

6.1 The portal shows the partner order numbers, seat counts, amounts and payout status. Buyer names, e-mail addresses and other personal data of buyers are never disclosed to partners.

6.2 Dream Machine stores the partner's name, company, billing address, country, e-mail, VAT status, VAT ID, the result of the VAT ID check with the European Commission's VIES service and the bank account for payouts (stored encrypted) for the duration of the partnership and thereafter as long as statutory retention of accounting records requires. Login is by one-time e-mail link; no password is stored.

6.3 Once the partnership has ended, the partner may request erasure. Name, company, contact data and notes are then erased or replaced by a pseudonym; the VAT ID, credit notes and accounting records are kept as required by law.

7. Term and termination

7.1 Either party may end the partnership at any time by e-mail without notice period.

7.2 Dream Machine may pause the partner's code while investigating an order or activity that appears to breach section 5, and may end the partnership and forfeit unpaid commissions in case of fraud, self-referral, spam, misleading or health-related claims, paid search advertising on the terms named in 5.2, or publication of the code on coupon or deal sites.

7.3 Dream Machine may replace the partner's code with a new one, for example after the code has appeared on a coupon site. The old code stops working at checkout immediately; orders already placed with it remain credited to the partner. The new code is sent by e-mail and shown in the portal.

7.4 Commissions earned before termination in accordance with these terms remain payable, subject to 4.2a and 7.2.

8. General

8.1 The partner acts independently and is not an agent, employee or representative of Dream Machine and may not make binding statements on its behalf.

8.2 Dream Machine does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the shop, the checkout, the portal or the recognition of codes. Dream Machine is liable only for intent and gross negligence; this does not limit liability for personal injury or where mandatory law provides otherwise. A sale that is demonstrably missing because of a technical fault is added to the next statement when the partner reports it with the order number.

8.3 Dream Machine may amend these terms with 30 days' notice in the portal. Continued use of the code after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

8.4 Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the competent court for Dream Machine's registered office, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
